Enchanted-Earth's Coronavirus (Covid 19) Statement - July 2020
We wanted to let you know that we are virus free & working hard taking orders for UK delivery.
We are still experiencing some delays due to the huge increase of online orders caused by Covid-19 lockdown.
Mainland UK orders may taking us around 10 "working" days to send out - So Sorry - Please bear with us!
Our working & postal days are Mon-Thurs AM only or your welcome to Choose Click & Collect or an express service.
We are working very hard to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner, whilst taking the necessary precautions to keep our staff safe and well.
Enchanted-Earth HQ is in a very rural area with no other shops or houses nearby.
Our warehouse has three separate delivery, dispatch & storage areas not open to the public so the risk of any infection entering or leaving our premises is very low indeed!
We keep our premises scrupulously clean & all stock is unpacked on arrival and stored in airtight sealed boxes.
This is not an easy time for anyone at the moment so we would like to thank you all for supporting us.
