We offer 7 delivery options :
- Free Delivery on all orders over £30 for the UK Mainland (standard delivery)
- Standard Delivery - 5-8 "working days"
- Express Delivery - 3-6 "working" days
- Royal Mail tracked 48 - usually 2 day tracked service, possible delivery on a Sunday.
- Royal mail tracked 24 - usually 1 day tracked service, possible delivery on a Sunday.
- 24H UK mainland Courier - Next day service for orders placed Monday -Thurs before 9AM only.
- Click & Collect (For orders over £20 only) by appointment only from North Lincolnshire
Our "Working" Postal days are Mon-Thurs am.
We will do our very best to pick, pack & post out orders straight away for you, most are sent out within 48 hours when possible but please use the above details as a guide especially in our busy season spring & summer.
If you would like your order delivered quickly then please choose our 24h Courier service or the Express postal service.
We will prioritise all 24 hour courier orders & express orders and send out as soon as we can but please give us a few days to do so, we are asking that you allow us 2-3 working days.
The Shipping prices listed are for the UK Mainland only.

We offer Free "standard" delivery on orders over £30 to the UK mainland only.
(and any other areas where we can match the cost) all on a economy service.
If you are not sure what is classed by our couriers as UK Mainland please contact us before you purchase.
A few of our items are very large or very heavy or very difficult to pack & post so they are not included in our free delivery offer sorry, but they are very clearly marked & priced to included p&p.
Prices are separated in the basket and at checkout and increase as each item is entered if it takes the total package into the next size / weight bracket.
Shipping prices include all packing materials etc and dependent on a mixture of Size / Cost / Weight items will go by Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery or Courier. We will use our judgement for which one is best.
UK mainland means all of the UK which is not on an island or accessed only by a toll bridge or is classed by the courier companies we use as the Scottish Highlands.
So UK mainland excludes: All UK islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc.
Some common sense is needed however, as extra costs are only incurred if we need to send via courier so if you need something that can be sent in the post then there will be no extra. If we can find an alternate courier who can deliver to you for no extra and you are happy for an extra day or two in shipping then we will email options.

Our live Plants are only posted Monday - Thursday am so they will not get stuck in the post over weekends or bank holidays - we do recommend you choice an express or 24h service for all live plant orders..
An email will be sent when your order is dispatched so if it's not received within 5 working days after that email then you should contact us.
We're not a faceless corporation so if you need items urgently or it's a gift for tomorrow please let us know before you order and we'll help out where / if we can!
While we will do our best to keep to to promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as "estimates" only.
We cannot and will not be held liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery or for any consequential loss.
If a customer has not been able to accept delivery when a courier or Royal Mail has attempted delivery then usually a card will be left.
Collection from the royal mail sorting office, depot or redelivery will be the customers responsibility to arrange and organise not ours!
If a customer has not collected a parcel from a courier or Royal Mail following an attempted delivery and the parcel is subsequently returned to us then all costs incurred in such a redelivery shall be chargeable to the customer.
Currently there is no charges to us for returned items but if you then wish us to re send your item you will be charged the postal or courier costs first.
If you prefer a refund instead then please note we will take off our original postal cost first.
Damage Or Loss In Transit -
We have a 48hr period to make claims with our courier so claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within this period by telephone or email with photos of the item and the outer box initially for speed in sufficient time for the shipper and insurers to be notified within that claim time.
Please return via a insured and tracked 24h courier within 48 hours from delivery.
Please email the tracking number to us upon dispatch.
Please packed very well in all the original packaging and original outer postal box.
For any unwanted or change of mind returns we can charge you a re-stocking fee of 10%.
All returns must unused and arrive back in the original new condition with all the original packing within 48 hours please.
Refunds can take us 10 "working" days to check & process.

Shipping Outside The UK Mainland -
The software for this current site doesn't automatically calculate global shipping costs.
We will be working on adding some standard costs into shipping section but the but the best way to order is to create an order, choose manual credit card as a payment method, and the order will be received here.
We'll then email an invoice and you can choose at that point to commit to the order.
Some items can't be shipped to specific countries so please check with your own authorities before ordering. Pressurised canisters, products containing seeds or plant extracts and some foodstuffs are among the products that often cause issues.
Batteries cannot be shipped via post or courier. Items usually sold containing batteries for LED or solar powered lights will have them removed before shipping, unfortunately no discount is given for this small loss and we will advise before shipping if the batteries are expensive or hard to purchase.
Australia & other islands often have the strictest controls and U.S.A. currently has very slow checking procedures, especially on posted mail through the USPS system. although courier packages get through faster.

As a UK company we are happy to facilitate shipping an item to you if you've checked your local restrictions but please note UK electronics may be shipped at 230v with a UK plug unless stated in the description.
Our Magical garden centre & warehousing are not open to the public or on-site and we do not keep stock here.
