Delphinium Pacific hybrids originated in California, back in the 1950's and 60's

Sometimes called the Pacific giants because they grow quite high.

• Soil: Almost any soil, grows well in Ballyrobert
• Flowers: June - Aug
• Hardiness: Fully hardy 
• Habit: Columnar or Upright, clump forming
• Foliage: Deciduous
• Height: 120 - 150 cm (4 - 5 ft)
• Spread: 60 - 120 cm (2 - 4 ft)
• Time to full growth: 2 to 5 years

They usually have pale to dark blue flowers arising from mounds of rich green foliage.
