Prices and Payment -

All prices quoted are in £ sterling.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted but are shown separately in the shopping basket and checkout.

Our shipping costs are for the UK mainland only.

Please contact us before you order if you're not UK mainland for a shipping quote to your country.

We accept payment via credit or debit card and PayPal using secure servers.
All payments are currently processed via PayPal; When you get to the PayPal login screen use the blue button to pay via PayPal or the grey button below it to pay via Debit & Credit card.  

Payment is taken at the point of sale.

We reserve the right to alter prices to correct errors or omissions.

Enchanted Earth will not deliver goods if it has any evidence or suspicion that a credit card is being used fraudulently and will pass on all information it holds about a customer on request by the police or other authorities where a credit card has been used to commit fraud or any other crime.

Delivery and Costs -

From this website we currently only deliver in two ways;

Using Royal Mail to any address with a UK mainland postcode and via Courier for bulky / heavy items.

We can and do ship worldwide using both methods, please see the shipping info for more details.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, only shipping times and an email will be sent advising of your orders dispatch. 

If a customer has not been able to accept delivery when a courier or Royal Mail has attempted delivery then a card will be left, in any case you should contact us 3-5 days after the dispatch email to advise of non delivery so that follow-up action can be taken. 

If following return of a parcel to us, the customer wishes redelivery then the costs of carriage shall be borne by the customer.

Purchasing -

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.

To purchase an item, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page.

When you complete your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product (or products) which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have accepted your order or dispatched the product(s) to you.

The contract will then be filed and the data kept in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation / Returns -

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 (fourteen) days.
You have 14 days to change your mind on the products purchased from the moment you receive your item. 

Should you cancel the contract or return your item we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods (excluding any postage & packing charges we have paid & any loyalty points you have used).

If your item was sent free of charge then we will take our minimum postal charge from your refund which is £5.95.

It is your responsibility to give notice if your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by calling us first on 01673878095


You must contact us first before returning any items back to us.

We will not accept or refund any items sent back to us without prior arrangement or our returns number. 

Please packed very well in all the original packaging and original outer postal box.

For unwanted returned goods we can charge you a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total value of the item and £5.95 if your item was sent free of charge to cover our p&p costs.

We do not refund any p&p or pay for returned postage for any unwanted goods.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

All returns must unused and arrive back in the original new condition with all the original packing within 48 hours please.

Refunds can take us 10 "working" days to check & process.

We will not refund any goods that arrive back to us used or damaged or that we can not re-sell.
If the original box & packing is not included or damaged when you return an item you will be charged £3 to cover our re packing fees.
We would recommend for your own protection that you only return a item with via a insured, recorded delivery 1st class service or a 24h insured courier and email the tracking number to us.
